We are happy to discuss your project over the phone or Zoom, but do require meetings to be scheduled in advance. As a small, very hands-on shop, we do not accept incoming calls. Our phone policy is in place to ensure we experience as little disruption to our highly specialized work and ongoing projects as possible.

We are generally responsive to email inquiries between 10 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. This is always the best and fastest way to reach us.
We do not keep traditional retail hours and do not operate a public, retail storefront.
Our services are available by appointment only, and all visits must be planned in advance after initial contact by email or a scheduled call/Zoom to discuss your project, expectations, and to ensure we are a good fit to work together.
